I thought you just posted the embedded link, but that doesnt work.

You have to uncheck the "Automatically parse URLs" box underneath the text box in your reply.

So on a site that does not have that (my ESPN FFL site)...I can't do that since it does not have that option?

Right. You can't embed a file unless the site specifically allows it.
