WASHINGTON (AP) - A Web site is claiming that seven N-F-L
stadiums will be hit with radiological dirty bombs this weekend.
But the government is expressing doubts about the threat --
which mentioned stadiums in Houston, New York, Miami, Atlanta,
Seattle, Houston, Oakland and Cleveland.

Unfortunately all the good teams that will make the playoffs on that list is in the NFC.

It could happen in all of those cities listed and the press would still treat it like it was only a NY problem.

Except in Tampa, where a U.S. district judge ruled pat downs unconstitutional therefore, Tampa Bay can't do them. The ruling only applies to Tampa Bay.

BTW, I just checked, and yes, Tampa Bay is home this weekend.

Interesting that they mentioned KC in the article... :hmmm:

No mention was made of Kansas City, Mo., where the Chiefs host San Diego on Sunday. Chiefs spokesman Bob Moore said the team had not received any warnings but noted that security around the NFL has been high since the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

As bad as 9/11 was, it could have been a hell of a lot worse if all of those planes were directed at full stadiums during baseball/football season.

Actually, they are playing in Cleveland, but that would probably be the truck that ends up getting lost and blowing up Jacobs Field.
