I need some assistance again. You all offered some great help last time I called on you.

I am trying to get the name of some restaurants in Wichita. I would prefer some popular spots, even if they are national chains. Thanks in advance.

Go the Yahoo and type in Wichita.

When it brings up Yellow Pages look at the headings and there is one for eating and dining and it will bring up a list, pick one!

What part of town do you want to go to???

If you are by Towne West, Red Lobster is the best place followed by Willie C's

Town East has Red Lobster, bennigens, Willie C's Joe Kelley's oyster dock.

If you are down the 21st way then there is Macaroni Grill, OUtback Steak house, Chilli's Borders Applebees, Black eyed Pea.

All of them are great.

Just stay on Rock Road and go Down past Towne East. You will pass many great resturaunts.

Good luck :)

I don't really recall which part of the city they live in. I am looking to send a friend's parents out for a free dinner. I believe that they live northwest off of 235. It is close to where 235 and 96 meet. If that helps at all.

Outback Steakhouse or Macoroni Grill are probably your best bet. They are both awesome

Thanks for the help. I think I will go with the Macaroni Grill. It is one of my favorites.

It is good.

Have a funny story about that one. Went to dinner onetime, husband father/stepmother in law.

She and I ordered Cheese cake for desert and father-in-law asked us if it was worth 25 dollars a slice...

seems he saw the desert tray and the gift certificate was on there and thought the desert was that much.

We still tease him about it today

There is also a new Chinese restaurant on West Street, by Towne West, in the old Chi-Chi's building. I haven't tried it yet but I hear it's good.

Avoid that Chinese Restaurant...it sucks, just like 99% of all Chinese buffets on the planet.

I would suggest "Old Chicago", "Semolina" or "Red Beans Bayou Grill".

They all have great food.
