they have a younger brother, too. Forget his name...he was the best out of all three in high school, or so the legend says. He shunned the Huskies to go to some, BIG TIME ACC school...yep, never heard of him again.

Friggin' young Huard...you're like the Cooper Manning of the Huard's.

Haha @ Cooper Manning, by the way. He has to hate himself.

Cooper's Sunday highlight: cleaning the gutters and edging the yard. :D

Eli Manning: 1st pick
Peyton Manning: 1st pick, arguably greatest QB of all time

Cooper Manning blew out a knee. He was also a wide receiver. In high school, he and Peyton had this deal where pretty much the only receiver Peyton threw to was Cooper. They had this little system worked out that almost no one could defend.

What makes you think Cooper Manning isn't having a happier life than either of his brothers? You think money and fame equal happiness?

It was Luke Huard, Hootie. And he went to the football powerhouse known as North Carolina.

Cooper, being the oldest, should've said...Peyton, you god damn son of a bitch, let me be QB first, and then when I graduate, you can be QB, that way, we can both be #1 picks in the NFL, and then Eli can be our little bitch years down the road...

BUT NOOOOOOOO, Peyton just had to show up his big brother.

Cooper was a good football player, he was All-State in high school and was supposed to play at Ole Miss, but was diagnosed with a spinal problem and had all kinds of issues and had to quit football. It was actually pretty serious. That's why Peyton wears number 18, it was Cooper's number.

In other words...

He's no Damon Huard!

(Besides, Archie could've had a kid with down syndrome and Ole Miss would've still given him a scholarship to play football.)

NO OFFENSE

You guys are all way behind in Chiefs news. The latest update is that we cut Damon and Brock Huard so we could bring in Ty and Koy Detmer. The Detmers barely beat the Huards in a midget tossing contest for their roster spots. Word is that Koy threw the midget the farthest but Ty had a tighter midget spiral.

There's a really good Cooper Manning article. He seems like a decent enough guy.

I'm sure he is...

BUT COME ON

2/3 not only made the NFL, but were #1 picks (and AT LEAST one of them will be considered by most as the best QB of all time when it's all said and done)...

That's got to eat away at you, AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT...

Well, I don't know. The fact that he never got the chance to prove that he could make it might help a little bit. I think it would bother me if I went and played college football and wasn't good enough for the NFL maybe, but I've never had a spinal problem to the point where I had to go through months of rehab to walk again. I'm sure that kinda puts a damper on caring whether or not you were a good football player.

read the article...

Changed my mind.

He seems like a good guy. I like the Mannings, unlike the majority of this board.
