how is Romo in front of Huard?

And ESPN always ****s this shit up...they need a better editor, or something.

It's because we aren't the Colts, Pats, Bears, or any team on the east coast.

Hopefully ESPN can predict the future as well as Yahoo did a few weeks back. Against the Cardinals, their Gametracker said the Chiefs were in possession of the ball a play before Law got the INT.

yeah, ok...

This power poll obviously is about who's the best QB's in the league...THIS YEAR...otherwise Trent Green would still be up there somewhere...

Huard should be right around where Grossman is...Grossman is 5th.

Sorry, I know everyone loves Green around here, as do I, but right now Huard is playing better than 4/5 of starting NFL QB's...

Does he have more talent than these 4/5?! Probably not, but he's playing better than they are and he's 4-2 as a starter.

Short Leash Hootie
11-02-2006, 04:29 PM
and again, Romo had a good start and somehow he catapults to 16th and Huard is still at 19th?

This is ****ing nuts and just shows a lot of writers for ESPN have no ****ing clue what they're talking about...

When the Chiefs beat the Chargers and LJ rushed for over 100 yards, according to the brilliant writers over at ESPN he was the first to do so since Terrell Suggs...defensive end/LB for the Ravens.

Who cares what ESPN thinks?? What i dont understand is why it upsets some of you guys so much?? I gurantee you that most of the guys on this board know more about the Chiefs than these guys do so why do you always look to them for validation?? Trust your own judgments.

that's about right...

Plummer gets a bad rap IMO...

He's not great, he's not terrible...he's just average.

Actually he has been ass so far this season. 53.2% completion percentage, 165 ypg, 5 TDs, 7 INTs, 6.10 ypa, and a 65 QB rating. That is pretty much the definition of terrible.

Short Leash Hootie
11-02-2006, 04:52 PM
well then I guess last year he was excellent...

They're 5-2...

He might be doing terrible, but they're still winning...so let's hope he doesn't start playing better.

I guess Trent and Holmes sucked all those years since our team as a whole could never put it all together right?

Stupid logic. They are winning because before Indi their defense was giving up 7 ppg. Plummer hasn't even just been a game manager, he has been a guy that Denver has been able to overcome because of great defensive play.

Plummer could start playing better now, but they team won't be any better. Now that Indi has popped their cherry, the Denver defense will go from great to just good for the rest of the season.

Its pointless to read those other articles because they only capitalize on every Chiefs mistakes, rather than talk about the accomplishments.

I think those media outlets just say that crap to motivate players and their fanbase. Its just a psychological mindf**k.

1) Is that a rhetorical question?
2) Are you only figuring that out now, and, if so, why?

That's quite a leap of logic there.

More importantly, how could you suck me off when you're already choking on Damon?

Eh, it's close, but not scary close. I'm not sure that "without any major mistakes" includes a fumble, and he only threw one TD.
