NWMSU marched down the field, picked off Pitt State, then marched again... 14-0 :)

Why aren't you at Arrowhead? You're not a true fan.

I'm at work... couldn't take off 9 days for vacation, another for the Chiefs game last week, and NWMSU/Pitt State.

Glad I found the link though... 20-0 :)

Not sure if Pitt State is having O-Line injury issues or what, but holy crap, they were terrible.

That's right... We actually needed Pitt to win to get a share of the conference... But; the playoffs are looking bright...

Finally back from the game and celebrating. Jesus, I heard from Pitt fans all week @D2football.com that thier run defense was bad, but.......wow. Not only was NW's star RB Xavier Omon out with rib injury, but our 2nd string RB LaRon Council is out for the season w/ a broken leg suffered last week. Our 3rd string, Sheldon Cook, DESTROYED Pitt. He had 172 yards, not counting a 61 yard TD run called back for holding. Pitt D is just really, really awful.

Of course, thier O is traditionally awesome, but Northwest's defense this year is SCARY good. NW is going to play Grand Valley State again in the national champiosnhop game; thier too good not to.

Bearcats slaughtering Pitt + a plate of burnt ends from LC's = good day!

Western has looked like crap for the last few weeks in much-thougher-than-they-should-be wins. I don't like Western's chances coming into Maryville again, if they pick themselves up and make it that far.
