I posted this in another thread... we might have a shot @ 3 SN games, plus we get the TG game vs Denver and a Saturday game vs Oakland on the 23rd... We will be on the national spotlight...

That being said, we usually do not do well when we are in the spotlight (recently)... would you rather have the games as scheduled... or would you prefer the chiefs laying the SN games?

Poll Forthcoming...

Best Chances:

Week 14

Baltimore at Kansas City
Indianapolis at Jacksonville
New Orleans at Dallas
Denver at San Diego

Week 15

Philadelphia at N.Y. Giants
Kansas City at San Diego

Week 17
Atlanta at Philadelphia
Carolina at New Orleans
Green Bay at Chicago
Jacksonville at Kansas City
Pittsburgh at Cincinnati

I say we have a chance of getting a lot of national spotlight at the end... 4 out of the last 8 weeks...

I would like the Chiefs out of the national spotlight at all costs

They tend to flop when the nation is watching

November 19th is week 11, by the way. Week 14 still hasn't been picked.

I read somewhere that KC/Baltimore could be a possibility.

I can almost 100% guarantee that Jax @ KC will be SNF.

It would be my luck....

The fact that they've picked San Diego at Denver raises our chances of getting a game moved, actually. I can't imagine them picking the exact same matchup twice, so that makes it slightly more likely we'd get picked for week 14.

Is that a  or a I cant believe it...???

2 of those will be for sure... TG vs Denver, and Christmas on Saturday as the only game on the 23rd...

Baltimore (6-2) @ KC (5-3) is a possibility for week 14

KC (5-3) @ SD (6-2) is almost the only possibility at this point on week 15

and week 17 Jax (5-3) @ KC (5-3)will be a possible WC/ Playoff decider...

I think we have a shot of the 15th... they would pick Indy @ Jax especially if they are unbeaten as Jax usually plays them strong...

Ravens or Jacksonville most likely our shot at SNF.

I doubt we get picked for the Ravens game, the Reggie Bush and TO love fest game would be more appealing for the idiots at NBC.

PAYBACK BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember in 1995 when the NFL made the Chiefs play a Sunday Night game (against Houston) and then we had to play a Thanksgiving Day game @ Dallas. Well although the Turkey Day game is 4 hours later looks what's happening here.

Not to burst you bubble or anything, but the divisional game @SD is our only shot. Indy@Jax Week 14, and Vick vs McNabb Week 17, there's no way the media darlings will be overlooked.

Unless you aren't a KC or Baltimore fan.

On that same day you have T.O. and the Tuna against the New America's Team, N.O. Saints and Reggie Bush and the Colts at the Jaguars.

So let's not wish them to go to the Superbowl. Oh, I forgot. Nobody watches the Superbowl.

Golden boy Manning trumps all.

Hell, I could see them every week towards the end if they are still undefeated.

The Jags have about 100 fans and no national following, so I don't see the appeal in that game.

The Cowboys could have a losing record by that time.

Its not unthinkable that the Chiefs/Ravens game is on Sunday night.

Cowboys have sucked before and still get national attention bc of the bs America's team. Plus a TO and Reggie Bush love fest is all that NBC needs.

Fox and CBS get to protect 5 games each during Weeks 10-15 so they may have already protected those games.

They will be if the Eagles are out of control of their chances for a playoff berth.

I contend that Week 17 is our best chance.

We will see very soon.

Pitt, Cincy, Philly and the Falcons will all likely have something to play for. They also have Toothlessberger, Ocho Cinco, Vick, and others. Their star power will give them the edge over us for SNF.

So what is the word on this. NBCsports.com still is not listing it on the week 17 schedule.
