Sorry to be the bringer of vague news, but Monday Night Kickoff just said that initial reports are saying that the injury is not as serious as it appeared during the play. They said that Waters is likely to miss at least 2-4 weeks, but also that the MRI results haven't come back yet.

I hope Sampson will be healthy for next week. That will make our decision for how to fill in for Waters much easier.

Good News, hopefully we can get him back for the Denver game.

Watching that on TV...I'm happy as hell it might only be 2-4 weeks.

BTW...anybody see that Memphis game last night. Kick returner for Memphis had his need dislocated...gross as hell....
Wonder what happened to him?

WTF is a need and where on your body is it?

I don't know, but it sounds like it's a pretty necessary body part.

True, If there is a body part you need a need would be it.

Rep for the good news, rook.

2-4 was probably the best case scenario given how it looked on the field. I had a 5 yard line, 20th row seat near where Waters' injury occurred.

If Welbourn has anything left I would rather have him replace Waters instead of Bober.

For what ever reason I have zero faith in Bober.

Welbourne should be a good filler. He used to play guard for the Eagles.

The "need" is that little, tiny, itty bitty, microscopic, bone chip, ligament, tendon, just on the inside, left hand corner, near the bottom of the spot on the knee where when injured doesn't appear on an MRI but at the same time ---- HURTS LIKE A BITCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

:hmmm:

Yeah --- that's it I believe...

Nah, most kids have had them removed before they got into schools. It is like removal of tonsils, they thought it was good idea to have them removed since they are utterly useless.......

I once got need in the balls, but I think it went away on its own.

That's what they said about Trent at first, too.

No, it means the media was saying Trent would be back soon after the bye week. As in 2-4 weeks.

When I saw the replay, I thought Waters was done for the year. 2-4 weeks doesn't sound that bad, but it still sux.
