rainman, I'm a little surprised that YOU passed on the option to do a 20+ option poll :shake:

that said...
Huard

1. Jared Allen
2. Dustin Colquitt
3. Tamba Hali
4. Damon Huard
5. Tony G

LJ is left off because he has screwed up a lot (dropped passes, fumbles, missed blocks) and if we would have lost either of the last 2 games, they would have been his fault.

What? No poll?

In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king unless someone pokes that eye out with their red-tipped cane.

I went with LJ, Will Shields (a rock in a tumultuous year for the line), and shockingly, three defensive linemen - Allen (a god), Hali (notice what happened when he went out this week?), and James Reed, who is doing a great job for us in the middle.

It gets tough after the first four.

1. LJ
2. Huard
3. Allen
4. Gonzo

After that, I think that Kennison, Colquitt, Hali, and DJ all deserve an honorable mention.

Man, that's hard. I really wanted to vote for Tynes and/or Colquitt, but I had to go:

LJ
Huard
Gonzo
Allen
Hali

Wow, no Waters. What a surprise. Hater.

No Rich Scanlon, isn't even on the list. What a travesty.

Larry Johnson - He's the man...

Damon Huard - If he keeps playing like this, it may become hard to put Trent Green back in.

Tony Gonzales - It may just be that it is a contract year, but he is returning to his old dominating form.

Jared Allen - Simply put, this guy was a draft day steal. He is awesome.

Tamba Hali - I can't wait to see how he develops. He is having a killer rookie season.

Also throwing out an honorable mention to Trent Green. Without him on the sidelines helping Huard, I doubt many of us would be praising Damon's play.

I picked just like yours except one. I put DJ in there instead of Kawika. But it is such a small difference really.

There's no opinion to it.

If you don't have LJ as one of the top 5 Chiefs' MVPs this season, you're (1) retarded, (2) stupid, (3) ignorant, or (4) all of the aforementioned forms of dipshit.

FTR, Dustin Colquitt leads the league in net yards average per punt.

What is Kris Wilson going to have to do? He has practically been carrying this team on his back the whole season. Haters.
