WHY WEREN'T WE DOING DRAW PLAYS TO LJ!? PLAYCALLING WAS, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WEEKS, HORRIBLE.

Unacceptable. The coaching staff didn't prepare well enough.

We went away from LJ...we called a friggin' pass on 3rd and 1 (once again)...

Turley was flat out bad. Because of him, when we were finally moving the ball, we had a 1st and 25 because the dude is 240 pounds and playing offensive line...

BAD.

This is on the coaching staff/offensive line WAY before it's on Huard.

Dante Hall sucks.

Keyaron Fox sucks.

Surtain sucks.

I admit, Green is our starting QB. That's what I want now, I want Green...I do.

BUT

Green had a game like this last year, on the 9th game, and we fell to 5-4.

We can easily be 8-4 in three weeks.

It's a setback, but we'll bounce back.

Hopefully Green is cleared so he gets work in against a Raiders team WE WILL BEAT and then he shines against Denver.

We'll see...

But as for this game, we had a lot more problems than Damon Huard...

We are a slightly above average team led poorly. The QB really is not going to matter. This is a 9-7 team anyway you slice it. Add outstanding coaching and you might get to 10-6 or 11-5.

you guys are all ****ing stupid.

If you couldn't see what the problem today was, I don't respect your opinions when it comes to football (not that I did, anyways.)

It started with the line, and then it ended with the coaching staff not making proper adjustments and playcalls.

Huard's execution was off, at times, but he didn't have a chance. On 10 of his 15 completions (estimated), he was a tenth of a second away from being sacked (and he ended up getting nailed)...

If you don't think ANY QB would've played like Huard today, you're an idiot. Plain and simple.

Trent Green wouldn't have won this game today...WE HAD A GAME, JUST LIKE THIS ONE, LAST YEAR AT BUFFALO.

This was Buffalo all over again (only Huard played better than Green, amazingly enough)..

Hootie no question the line played like shit today but so did Huard. He made some poor decisions like throwing a 30 yd pass on 3rd and 8 when we were driving or totally missing a wide open Parker on 3rd and 3 and he hung the ball up on EK which could easily have been a TD.

No one is totally blaming Huard he has done a great job as a backup and that is what he is...just a backup.

Do I think his play will be better than Huard's?

No. I don't. Not with this offensive line.

But we might as well find out. It can't get any worse than today...

Trent throws a prettier ball, so I guess all of these 'near interceptions' might turn into actual interceptions (this is a joke), but other than that...can't get any worse than today.

I can agree...

but the playcalling, oh man, it was bad.

When we had the ball for the last time...A ****ING DRAW WOULD'VE BEEN GOLDEN..

You guys remember the Jets game a few years ago where Priest single-handedly won the game with that jumping kick into the end zone? Where he touched the ball pretty much every time on that final drive!?

THAT'S what we should've done...Huard hooked up with Kennison for a miracle pass...

BUT JESUS CHRIST SOLARI THE DROP BACK PASS WASN'T WORKING....

Play to your ****ing strengths. We had two timeouts and two minutes...we could've easily ran the ball and kept them honest. God damnit, Solari pissed me off all game long. He was AWFUL.

Remember a few years ago against the Jets when Priest touched the ball every friggin' time on that game winning drive?

We should've done that...

Two draws to the left side and then the defense has to be thinking run...

It's not like we NEEDED a TD...our defense hadn't allowed a point in the 2nd half...if we burned too much clock all we had to do was get in FG range...

the playcalling on that last drive was disastrous.
