Will the chiefs game against the donks only be on NFL network? Is there no way to catch it on public TV?

I thought it was being shown in the local areas on free tv. Could be wrong though.

I don't know for certain, Mr. joeyranaway. But, I believe that it is exclusively on the NFLN. They are planning to take over the world and this is just another step.

By the way, I hope you find joey.

Awesome. Even though I was completely and utterly incorrect, I'm happy.

That's great news for locals.

I hope you're right, because I keep being told all over the 'net that it's on the NFLN only. And because of prior engagements, I can't go to the game, so I'd be pissed if I missed it on TV.

comcast wont let me order the network because I'm behind on the bill.

Hmmm. Maybe Mr. DaFace can stream it for you, Mr. joeyranaway.

That's a possibility.

I thought that it was just within KC/Denver and the surrounding areas.... and anybody that gets their ABC feed from the KC ABC station...

Could be wrong though...

According to Zap2it, the Chiefs/Broncos game will be shown on Fox Channel 6 at 7:00pm. Listings are for Time Warner Cable in the Kansas City metro.

Could we sticky this? Well, with a better title...

By NFL policy, NFL Network games will also be carried on free, over-the-air television in the city of the visiting team and in the city where the game is played if it is sold out 72 hours in advance of kickoff.

According to titantv.com at least, the game will NOT be shown on the local channels in Topeka. Take that for what it's worth.

I can't believe all the cable companies and the NFL haven't come to an agreement. They are playing a game of chicken. There are going to be a lot of furious fans starting on Thanksgiving.

Yep. Pay per view NFL is just around the corner. I was pissed when they announced this at the beginning of the season and I'm still pissed.

If pay per view means that people can get NFL games no matter where they live without having to have DirectTV to do it, then I'm all for it.

SD is only like 9 hours away by car, but the Sacramento stations have the rights, and if the pass happy colts drag thier early game out, I miss the firts 5 to 10 minutes of the game in SD every time.

EVEN THOUGH I PAY BIG MONEY TO GET THE GAME I WANT. Nothing pisses me off more than this.
