Do you think that the producers of TV shows will tone down all the horrible references to Iraq in their shows now that the Democrats are in Charge?
It seems as if they can no longer make a tv show without some GI's coming home from Iraq all wrecked up, committing murders and cover ups and other bullshit that completely trashes what the vast majority of them are all about.
Compare that with the type of movies portraying our heros in WWII.
I am getting to the point that I can't watch my favorite shows anymore.
ER took a delete off my Tivo last year as I couldn't take it anymore when a family prayed that God stop that evil Bush's war.
You may pray that in your home, far be it for me to tell you what to ask the man upstairs about, but why do you have to try to brainwash me with your propaganda on T.V.?

Criminal Minds is having an episode about a terrorist attack on the US next week. The Unit had one a few weeks back.

I wonder, if you add up all the references on Law and Order, CSI, and ER to somebody fictionally getting killed, on their TV show, if it would add up to more casualties than we actually have had.
Sheesh.
I bet all that stops now that the Demoncrats are in charge.

I did see a Law & Order recently about the manufacturer of faulty body armor. I think they were just trying to tap into the anti-war-profiteering sentiment in our country. The point was that our troops were put at risk due to a lack of quality body armor, not that the troops were bad or that the war was bad.

ER is still on?ROFL No kidding, it stopped being a show a long time ago.
Just a propaganda piece for the Liberals that produce it.
Not once to you see a Soldier being portrayed as a genuine American hero on TV anymore. They are sluts, murderers, sadists, bums.
If they portray them in an active duty role, they are always bemoaning their woe is me condition.(Not on the Unit, they actually had a wife go and tear a peace nik a new a hole on that show. )
That is not the way my cousin acted, nor how he described things. (2 tours in Iraq.)
Biggest culprets seem to be on NBC with their Law and Order series, and ER.

I just seen a L&O CI with a female soldier coming home and getting whacked by another soldier that just came home, trying to cover up murders that they committed in Iraq.
Wow, no wonder we can't kill the terrorists.

So you really think that the sole purpose of ER is to brainwash the American masses to liberal thought? Wow.
You're reaching pretty hard here. I don't think you heard tons of liberals on here whining about the number of TV shows that involved SCARY TERRORISTS ATTACKING AMERICA!!!! in the lead up to our war with Iraq even though those shows certainly played into the hands of the WH Agenda.

Might want to watch the show before opining, as Gallant went to Iraq willingly, came back on leave, and then decided he needed to get back to his brothers.
And his dad, though tut-tutted by his wife and Neela, gave a creditable account of the military mindset.

Yep. It's sad what people will think.
I'm sorry bunnytrdr but you have succumbed to the "Fear Campaign" put forth by the administration and it's formerly-Republican ruled Congress.
ER = Liberal bias. Damn, reality really does have a liberal bias.

Despite your obviously distressed and illogical current state, no doubt brought about by this stunning nationwide rejection of all you hold near, dear, and sacred, I don't count you among the ants, bunny. ;)

Yeah, the soldiers were getting wasted on that show worse than the battle of Guadal Canal.Patently untrue, maybe 5 died and half a dozen more were injured. Certainly possible for one day let alone over a couple as that show was shot.
