i looked on ebay, and a couple of sites i've heard advertised on the radio, but prices were outragous. like 500 bucks a ticket. i'd get one at the gate, but i'm takin my girl and she doesn't want to take the chance of sitting away from me. it'll be her first trip to arrowhead, (and she thought the k was fun)

Had you said something a few weeks ago I would have you squared away but I sold my 2 spare tix a few days ago.

Best of luck in finding some seats.

Dude - you don't have anything to worry about.

Chiefs fans don't attend holiday games well. There will be tons of tickets available.

Damn, 500 bucks a ticket....

I sold two lower levels to the Raider game for 300 total on ebay earlier today....

Maybe I should just watch the MF on NFL network and make a cool g....:hmmm: nah, f*ck it.

A Christmas Eve game in driving and cold ass rain last year and a Christmas game when long out of the playoff picture really aren't good indicators of fan attendance. This game means a lot more than our last two holiday games at home did. We were essentially cooked in both of those by the time they were played, and even on the one where we had an inkling of a chance (Xmas Eve) it was friggin miserable.

That is what I am counting on. I will be in KC and plan on going to this game.

I would agree with this except the fact that it is an important home game against a hated division rival.

I just scored 2 tickets to this game last week down in row 4 on the Denver side of the bench. I know Ace sports probably has a lot of tickets.

I think you're exaggerating pretty badly. The only reason you'd be looking at $500 per ticket on eBay is if you're looking at 50 yard line, lower level, front row tickets. If you look at eBay's "completed listings," nearly every auction for pairs is closing at around $275 to $375 for the pair, depending on the location.

Here's a direct link to the search you should be looking at, for what it's worth:

when i got on ebay, i tried bidding on a few tix that seemed resonably priced. immediatly after i confirmed my bid, as in the very next page brought up, i was informed i was outbid. i would place a higher bid, and get the exact same results. never by more than two or three dollars, i got frustrated so i quit. am i doing something wrong? i'm not too familiar with ebay, i've only used it a few times.

I have two tickets in section 314 row 6 with a red parking pass for face value. That is $171 total.

A friend has two tickets on the club level, section 220. $176 for both.

Just get the tickets at the stadium right before kickoff. I never had a problem getting tickets at face value before the games, even though they are always sold out. Scalpers/ticket brokers make a ton of money scalping tickets in the weeks prior to the games and on gameday they are just trying to get rid of all their unsold tickets for whatever they can get. I used to get them from the gas station next to Taco Bell by the stadium before the games, but the guys selling them are all around the stadium. By the way, the guys selling these types of tickets are usually black guys.

Nah. You can set a max that you would bid on the item. When someone else bids it will raise your bid until it reaches the cap you set.
