In case anyone is looking for a USB 2.0 TV Tuner, I thought I'd mention one I bought for watching the Cowboys v Bucs gaming during tailgate at Arrowhead on Turkey-Day.

With a $20 power amplified RCA indoor antenna, we were able to watch the game in HD on a 15" widescreen laptop out of the back of our Ford Explorer. The image was absolutely beautiful, and worked very well for us (standing and sitting in chairs about 5' to 12' feet back). I did notice that when we turned off the car (shutting down power to the amplified antenna), the image jumped every couple of seconds, indicating to me that the only problem was signal reception. A lot of portable / laptop intended devices have had bad reviews due to the resource requirements of the laptop. This device didn't seem to have any of those issues.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is looking for something like this. I would recommend the product for $80 ($20 rebate).
P.S. Have not tryed the PVR software with this, just watched live TV.
