I still think we should have just built a new retractable stadium in KC

That is pretty kickass. Makes our whole slapping a big sheet over Arrowhead idea look pretty dumb. But no tailgaiting??? How do they get away with that?

Lots do not have Tailgating and almost none have it like we do in KC.

Imagine tailgating in StLouis? Here hold my pistol while I check the ribs.....

What a retarded article. Cowboy fans actual think that hole in the roof is for God to watch the Cowgirls play. I think that God may be using that hole, but it is more than just a coincidence that the hole in the roof resembles a big toilet.

Bob Dole hates it. The Jetsons meet football just ain't right.

What do you think a ticket will cost for that spectacle?

I am guessing they will up above 150$ for the cheap seats.

Says who?? We taught them wusses how to tailgate at the Chiefs/Cowboys game last year. We had just as many Cowpuke fans at our party as we did Chiefs fans, and we had at least 40 Chiefs fans in attendance. Aside from the final score of the game, it was probably the best road game tailgating I've ever been a part of. :D

I'm only 17 miles away.....once it's done, I'll go over and "mark my territory".....same as I did with the old stadium. ;)

That thing looks like a friggin spaceship. I'm sure I'm not the first, or last, to say that.

Coincidentally, I flew out of DFW last month on the way to New Mexico and saw the big oval shaped hole in the ground at the site. So, as of right now, I guess it looks more like dirt than anything else.

Damn...taxpayers are only footing $325 million of the $1 billion price tag? KC's getting screwed.

The City of San Diego and the other cities in the county are dragging their feet to make a stadium deal to keep the Chargers in the San Diego area. In a few weeks other cities can talk to the Chargers about a stadium deal. The fans here are going to wake up one morning in a couple of months and find out that the Chargers are moving.

I hope San Diego does lose the chargers because they are the worst fans in the NFL. I lived out there for several years and I've never seen a less passionate, could care less attitude out of one city than I have in SD. Week after week opposing teams fans would take over Qualcom. I'm sure it's changed some since I lived their in the late nineties because winning teams always pick up band wagoners but I can't think of another place as undeserving of their team than SD.

Yea but you lived in the gay district of SD. The rest of the city loves them. Now dont get me wrong, I am not dissing your kind. There are many colors in the homo rainbow.....dont be afraid to let your colors shine.

The new stadium will have a propane vendor on every concourse, providing fans with propane and propane accessories.

Wow. Way Cool.

The hole in Texas Stadium is its worst feature. I cant stand watching a [sunny] day game on tv from that stadium. The shadows **** with me and the cameras.

BTW, God lost interest in the 'Girls when they got TO.

Awesume. Love the design.

Lets hope the new Arrowhead renovations are even half this good. Chiefs fans deserve something special as well.

Personally, I think Chiefs fans deserve to see something special ON the field, before we worry about having something special to house it.

As a bonus, it appears that the players can take a couple of shots as they go on and off the field of play.

First I agree with Jazzzlovr.

However, I do really like the design concept JJ and his HKS designers have come up with, quite impressive and forward thinking. I wonder what the logic behind the no tailgating is, lack of parking space maybe?
