View Full Version : Bengals vs. Colts MNF Thread

It's actually a huge MNF game for once, probably their best of the season. One that has huge playoff implications too. Colts need to win to stay in position for a 1st round bye... a loss would drop them to a 3 seed. A Bengals win would make them 9-5 and ahead of everybody for the wild card, a loss would drop them back into the huge pile of 8-6/7-7 teams, with games against Denver and Pittsburgh to finish. Should be lots of scoring too.

With these D's its gonna be a TD fest. Dont wanna root for either group of shmucks, but it should be an entertaining bomb-o-rama.

yeah, I'm sure the Bengals want a guy in a halo hanging around to remind them of how close they are to being ****ing paralyzed.....I'm sure they love the cold injection of mortality right as they walk onto the most dangerous non-war patch of grass in the world....

I would like to see that. Uh, "rub some dirt on it" commercial, is getting really sickening.
I am anxious to see the LT commercials that should be right around the corner.

The Stiller sketch was just a lil' 2 minute deal on the Countdown show.

As for LT, i cant begrudge him any endorsement opportunities, he's a very classy dude from all i can tell. Its the dolt fans who have all the class of a meth addict diggin' through Grandma's purse, that are burning me up.

There's a cool special on the History Channel, Mr. Rain Man. It's all about UFOs in the Bible. It's pretty interesting.

Apparently, a lot of Jewish prophets were scarfed up by aliens and they thought they were going to heaven to meet God. Imagine their surprise when they wound up naked on a cold metallic table with a probe up their schlong.

Well, to be fair, about half of it was commercials after the touchdown, since the NFL takes about 5 minutes of commercials after the TD, then another 5 after the kickoff.

That Lock Ness Monster commercial is just stupid. The guy is standing there as it spits out a pickup, he clamly says, "Oh my."

Plus, you can hear it asking for tree fiddy in the background, which means it's not really the Loch Ness Monster.

The MNF crew is punishing Marvin Lewis for his team's performance by spending that last 7 minutes of the game talking about the legal woes of the Bengals.

cdcox
12-18-2006, 09:38 PM
They just discussed the fact despite media reports to the contrary, that NYG did not control their playoff destiny, that there was a scenario out ther by which the Giants could win their last two games and miss the playoffs. What ever media outlet made that mistake should have been using nfl-forecast.com.

And the Bungels are gonna lose.

What's funny is that the teams that had the winning records (Chiefs/Bengals) are shitting the bed, while the teams with the piss-poor losing records (Titans/Bills) are sneaking back into the playoffs.
