Mine is horrible, I have a Russian Leader, a Spice Girl, the day Ben Franklin died, Apollo 13 splashed down and it was the day of the Bay of Pigs.

Sharing his B-Day with many tragidies and mistakes...

02-22-2001, 03:50 PM
November 4, the only one I knew of was Ralph Macchio. Here's a bad omen: the NEW first lady, Laura Bush, shares my b-day. Others:

Shawn 'Puffy' Combs
Will Rogers
Walter Cronkite
Loretta Swift
Markie Post
Art Carney

Bob Dole
02-22-2001, 04:22 PM

Cool, I share a B-Day with Curly...yuk, yuk, yuk...and Timothy Leary, I wonder if that has anything to do with why I took so much acid in college?

02-22-2001, 06:07 PM
58 forever,
Speaking of Leary, I wonder what the drug consumption will be on your birthday at, say, 4:20 P.M.?

I know hawaiianboy's birthday, now. (I knew that Ty Cobb's is one day before mine.) Another guy born on hawaiianboy's birthday is Martin Luther King, Senior.

02-23-2001, 01:27 AM
Sucks to be born so close to Christmas, huh Dan?

I look at my list and I feel like the last guy taken on draft day...
.... Mr Irrevalent, thats me...

02-23-2001, 01:46 AM
Yep. At least we're on the happy side of the holiday. Folks on the other side not only have to deal with folks that are tired of partying, they also have all their moribund friends kicking buckets. You know how that goes, dying folks will try to hold on for one last milestone date, like December 25 or their own birthdate or whatever. Oh, the humanity...

02-23-2001, 06:58 AM
I share the date with Shakespeare and Edgar Allen Poe (who also died on his birthday).

I could only wish to write as well as those two.

02-23-2001, 08:24 AM
I've got Troy Donahue, Mozart and Barishikov.

Even better - I get to celebrate my 50th (ugh!) on Super Bowl Sunday in 2002.

Not exactly counting on the Chiefs being there as one of my presents. But one can wish, can't he?

Now, if I can only figure out who contributed more to the world - Troy Dohahue or Mozart?

02-23-2001, 08:58 AM
Nathan Morris
Carol Kane
Isabella Rossellini
Roger Ebert
Paul McCartney
E.G. Marshall
Bud Collyer
Jeanette MacDonald

fell in with a bad crowd.

March 6:
06 - Mar - 1972 Shaquille O'Neal
06 - Mar - 1959 Tom Arnold
06 - Mar - 1945 Rob Reiner
06 - Mar - 1944 Kiri Te Kanawa
06 - Mar - 1941 Willie Stargell
06 - Mar - 1936 Marion Barry
06 - Mar - 1930 Lorin Maazel
06 - Mar - 1926 Alan Greenspan
06 - Mar - 1923 Ed McMahon
06 - Mar - 1906 Lou Costello
06 - Mar - 1475 Michelangelo Buonarroti

It's funny to associate some of these people as possible co-workers, or teammates.

PA Announcer (ChiTown):
Michalangelo dribbles the ball up the court. He throws a "picture" perfect pass to Lou Costello, who's on first. Lous gives it up to Ed McMahon and heeeeeeeeeeere's Marion. Marion fumbles the ball, tries to pick it up, but starts snorting the lines on the court. Willie Stargel feels sorry for Marion, put's his arm around him and tries to be his PaPa. Coach Rob Reiner jumps in and tries to direct all his players toward the basket, but Tom Arnold get's whistled for trying to marry an 18 yr. old cheerleader. Shaq O'Neil goes to the free throw line for a chance to tie the game, but is pulled by coach Reiner in exchange for Alan Greenspan. Greenspan appears to be a better "numbers" player than Shaq.

I'm an idiot for even posting that BS above, it just struck me as humorous to picture these guys altogether on the same court.
