I probably missed this in the game thread but why did Law's second INT get called down? No one touched him so I'm confused.

Secondly, I couldn't shake the feeling that we have watched the last game with LJ in a Chiefs uni. Did anyone else get that feeling?

Law was touched.

I don't get that feeling. Carl won't let him go.

1) Harrison touched him down. I saw it.

2) Kind of. Put me in the "I wouldn't be suprised" group.

LJ is the kind of guy that will demand a trade and won't play otherwise.

I disagree.

On a related note, does anybody think we've seen the last of Tony Gonzalez in a Chiefs uni?

I think he just really wants to win and feels that the people around him aren't as serious as him about it. Players and coaches

I disagree.
Are we allowed to agree to disagree?

Hope I'm wrong, but...yep.

Gonzalez is serious about dropping passes!

Given that:

1) LJ has a year on his contract
2) LJ is isn't the kind of guy to back out of a contract (evidence: he signed his rookie contract early, saying he had not proved anything to deserve a better contract)
3) Gonzo's contract is up

I think Gonzo leaving is MUCH more likely than LJ, at leas this year.

Didn't Carl say there's no way Tony is leaving? In the Star last week, he said he'd franchise Tony if it came to that.

I 100% did get that feeling.

I 100% agree with you regarding his demanding trade.

-and frankly I don't blame him.

Considering his workload....would signing Larry Johnson to a big contract be the smartest move?

I'll agree with that.

I have heard people calling for a "Hershell Walker type of trade" with LJ, but really, I couldn't imagine that happening.

And I'm calling it right now (as I have before) - IF we let Gonzalez walk, next season he will be a Charger.

Considering your posts...would banning you be the smartest move?

If we could get a HW type trade, I'm all over that.

Me too, but what team is dumb enough to do that?

Yea and Kawika Mitchell is better than Al Wilson to eh?

Sorry to inform you RB is one of the easiest positions to replace in the league.....personally I'm not a big fan of ever giving a RB a 2nd contract in this day and age, especially one that just carried the ball over 400 times, that's going to expect a 20 million dollar bonus.

Why? Carl would just **** it up and draft Trezelle Jenkins and Matt Blundin.

You wouldn't.......at best we could probably get a late first rounder.
