Shell and Green got fired, Martz isn't a head coach. Please play again sometime.

Interesting how different we see things. So far I would take them all except Coughlin. Heck I would even take a few off the scrap heap that are no longer coaching.
I am surprised at Del Rio coming up.

Coughlin.

I don't like the guy at all, but I'd much prefer him to Herm, especially if we are going to blow up the team and start over. His stuff works with young players. His coaching job with the expansion Jags was pretty impressive.

Edit: I thought about the Herm question a little more. Is there any other current NFL head coach who has never been an OC/DC?

Del Rio is a guy I don't really get. He goes 12-4 last year and can't win a playoff game? Then this year he drops 3 in a row to end the season and finishes 8-8. If he was coaching the Chiefs, we'd be calling for his head right now.

Interesting question, I am sure someone on here knows the answer.

He doesn't coach the Chiefs so that kind of pedigree is ok.
