Don't blame the poor guy: He's been in shock since learning that Belichick and Brady have a time-share agreement on his wife AND his mom!

And they kept trying to throw to him after he dropped that sure TD.

Everytime they showed him on tv I pictured Marty Feldman.

Did they really have any other receivers to throw to?
It wasn't just him that lost that game. They wouldn't have even been in that game if he didn't catch the big bomb in the Charger game. There's enough error to go around.

I agree that one came back to haunt them—not losing Vinny.
The things that were wrong during the season, one being the receiver's inconsistency, came back to cost them a game.

Probably the only way the dude can make money... the pats are cheap bastards. I think it finally caught up with them....

I also love how Belichek showed his ass, fricken sore loser.

How did BB show his ass?

Caught up with them....it's worked more than it hasn't. The middle of the roster can be paid more so it's more a team. Seems to have been effective except in the Branch case. Where was Seymour in that game, and during the season, after being paid the highest for his position? He didn't show up. This happens too. It doesn't always pan out either way.

His eyes are a direct reaction to the refs missing that pass interference call on him in the endzone.

He kind of freaks me out. It's like watching Roger Rabbit play football. I look and I think, "That can't be real. That has to be CGI or something." then I remember that I'm watching a live event and I just shudder. Seriously. It's really creepy.

Was he in a position to catch one then?

I didn't see the last part of the game...couldn't.

Edit: I had to reread the earlier post. You were saying they kept throwing to him.

Yeah, I see that now. I edited while you posted this.
Gaffney did play well and Reche did in the Charger game too.
I know you didn't say he lost the game. I was sayin' that to an earlier poster instead of quoting two posts. Sorry for confusion.

Brady threw it right at his head on that whiff that could have been a TD. Eyeballs couldn't do the math.

Mostly because he's our best receiver. I mean, it's not like we had Jerry Rice on the other side or anything...
