Updating a previous report, The Associated Press reports Cincinnati Bengals (http://www.kffl.com/team/12/nfl) CB Johnathan Joseph (http://www.kffl.com/player/13406/nfl) was arrested early Monday, Jan. 22, and charged with possession of marijuana. The arrest report said Joseph was the passenger in a vehicle driven by a woman who had a suspended license, was driving slowly and weaving. The vehicle was pulled over by a Boone County sheriff's deputy and Joseph was asked to get out of the vehicle after the deputy smelled marijuana. The deputy searched Joseph's black backpack with a Super Bowl logo and found a bag of marijuana in a pouch. Joseph, who is now the ninth Bengals (http://www.kffl.com/team/12/nfl) player to have been arrested in the last nine months, will have his first court appearance scheduled for Monday, Feb. 5.

Used to be players would just let themselves go, and get out of shape in the off season. Nice to see that Joseph is a guy that takes his profession seriously year-round. A "pro's pro".

more signs of deteroating social and moral values, I mean who in their right mind charges thier home team players with drug and DWI charges.

what happened to the good old days where an autograph could get any type of celebrity out of charges.

The Bengals need to fire Marvin Lewis' ass. He's lost complete control of that team.

I just posted on another board saying how long til he gets fired? there is no way they can keep him. I know he's not the one directly involved in this, but he's the captain of the ship, and no one see's to be obeying him anymore.
