Kietzman just talked about this on BTL. I stole this from http://www.ksufans.com. Thoughts?

The RSCI is the Rankings Service Consensus Index, it takes all the various rankings of HS and Prep players and makes a consensus of them all. Here are the rosters from the most RSCI top 100 players to the least. It kinda lets you know who is overachieving (Texas Tech, A&M?), and who is underachieving (Missouri). I've bolded the incoming players.
