It is news to me that we actually changed his position on the roster and depth chart though. With Kawika being a FA we don't have a MLB on our depth chart.

When the Scanlon was on the depth chart he was not listed as a MLB. Third on depth chart, just behind Fox I believe.

I thought I remember him playing MLB sometime during the season. Or maybe it was pre-season. He made the 53 man in some capacity and could be moved as needed. :shrug:

:shrug:Scanlon is due to sign with the Patriots, where he will end up replacing McGinest as the heart of the LBing corps and guide the defense and the team to another three SB championships. All while we hover around 7-9/9-7 for those many years, make the playoffs once or twice, and watch LJ and Gonzalez waste away the rest of their careers with us much like Will Shields and Tony Richardson did.
