If Bush and Co had shown conpetence in Iraq and in parsing information about that war then there would be no ground for pundits attacks against this administration.

During the Clinton administration we had ample attack on the lose appetite of the President. Because that was the only part of the administration that showed consistent mishandling.

Same for this administration but the cost is thousand of lives and 100 Billions of dollars to the US alone quite apart to the cost to the Iraqis.
