In real life? These can be either Planeteers you actually have met or ones that you haven't, and are just speculating.

Thanks.

You would probably think so. But since I'm not exaggerating, I can't be arrogant.

You pretty much are who you are. I only sometimes use Quagmire, but for the most part, I say the things I quote in "real life" as well.

so, I am the same.

I found Bugeater to be actually MORE fun in real life, which I thought was strange.
I found NZoner to be the same kinda straightforward, monotone type guy he posts like, really cool and blunt.

I tried to just assume most people post their real thoughts, but then again I see that many don't.

I considered creating a persona that just posted movie quotes, in the most correct context as possible with threads, but then realized I wouldn't be on enough to really "do it right".

Most of the ones I've met are pretty much the same as their online personality, it would be hard to narrow it down to one. I suppose I'd put Chagrin near the top on the strength of his Glen Quagmire impression.

I’m pretty well the same person online as in real life. I don’t see the point in pretending to be someone else. I wouldn’t want someone to be disillusioned when meeting me in person.

BTW, I did tell my wife that there is someone on this board (Frazod) that hates Denver at least ten times more than I do. She said that’s scary.

Are we talking about every single day here, Mr. Donger?

I mean, are we to take into account mood swings? Drug induced cerebral malfunction? Cognitive dissonance resulting from one of Mr. Rain Man's polls or severe constipation accompanied by distended gut?

I was in process of responding to you, but I was suddenly distracted by the free-ranging bull out my hotel room window. Is that really a bull?

I've met StevieRay/First Down Elvis briefly before a football game. In that small amount of time, he seemed a lot more fun and wild in real life than his posting would suggest.

I got my picture taken with him at a game a long while ago, before I knew who he was on here.

He takes on a little bit of Elvis when he's in costume. He's more bold and outgoing in the jump suit. Not as prone to rants. Heh.

FDE is a lot wilder at games than his online persona here. But you get him away from Arrowhead he will drag you into some serious intellectual discussions.

I've met pretty much everyone of the Planet regulars that show up at the Planet events more than once. I'd say overall that the personality matches the poster.

Judging by the pictures of planet gatherings that get posted here, an overweight, middle-aged, bald guy with a goatee would be a safe bet!
LMAO
