We noticed a water spot on our ceiling so I climbed into the attic to find the culprit. After taking a look and having my father-in-law look as well, it appears that the rubber sleeve that was supposed to be around a PVC exhaust pipe was torn up, or not installed.
We are looking for a roofer to climb up, take a look and give an estimate. Anyone here a roofer or know of a trustworthy one?

Heh heh. If I climb up on your roof, it's going to be to fix it not come back down and give you an estimate.
Where are you located? If you're close I can do it pretty darn cheap.

Keep an eye on your beer, and your wife while he's there. ;)
Seriously though Phil, how much for a 2300 sq ft split-level Ranch style house? :hmmm:

And if you distract him, you could probably get some mexican to steal his truck for you.

In KC? It really doesn't have much to do with the sq ft of the house. It's the sq ft of the roof so I'd need to know pitch, dormers, hip roof, plus a few other variables to figure it.
