Do you mean when I was in my 20s? I'd be embarrassed to post my results here since I'm over 40. Although I can still do the broad jump. :)

Heh, 20 years ago the results would be dramatically different, but as a 40 something male, the results below are what I would expect to see:

40 - 5.1ish...maybe slower
225lb bench reps - 3, maybe 4 before I'd yell "Uncle!"
broad jump - she'd have to be directly under me. ;)
vertical - 8-10 inches at best
3 cone drill - no clue, but at least 2 seconds slower than anyone at the combine this year.

My stats from earlier in life:

40: 4.7s (7th grade)
225lb bench reps: maybe 12 or so (probably when I was around 25)
broad jump: 9' (4th grade, actually)
vertical jump: 33" (around 10th grade)
3 cone drill: who knows (but I did record a time of 9.0s for the "shuttle run" in 4th grade in the yearly "presidential physical fitness" program)

So Kotter - You could've been a mid round pick at guard?

I believe the best broad jump at the combine was 11ft. You did 9 feet in 4th grade???

I didn't include the "then" numbers.

40 - 4.5
225lb bench reps - 18..I sucked at this one
broad jump - 10'9"
vertical - 36"
3 cone drill - Never did this drill.

Yeah, I was a springy little guy. I actually dunked a volleyball when I was about 5'6". And I've always jumped off both feet which helped me in the broad jump.

One of my main regrets from childhood is not continuing in organized sports. With work, I think I could've played some D1 somewhere - defensive back maybe.

Heh..not a chance wrt the mid round pick. Yes, my times are pretty good and I ran Track in college and did pretty well for a white boy. ;) The major issue with me and my future football career was the fact that I was 150 lbs at the time. I tried out at KU and K-State, but they wouldn't even consider me because of my build. For some reason, skinny fast white boys just aren't in demand. :cuss:

I never measured any of that crap except for the 40. Tells you a lot about my HS football program. I ran a 4.65 my senior year (human timed, that makes a big difference, it was probably a 4.8 or 4.9 computer-timed). I bet I run a 5.2 or worse now.

I have never once benched 225. I am a girlie-man.

Skinny 150lber that benched 225 18 x's? That's pretty strong - that would equate to a max bench of over 350lbs. Almost 2.5 x's body weight - which (used to be at least) is close to a record.

335 was my best ever and it took almost 2 years of solid lifting to get to that point. I was really into the lifting back then and I was stuck at 295 for what seemed to be forever. No way could I even come close to that now though. Those days are over for sure. :) These days, I get tired when I lift too many 12 oz. curls. ;)

My combine results wouldn't be very impressive, unless I showed up in the Father in law's new John Deere.

My max bench was around 240 when I weighed 160 and lifted regularly. I suppose I could have done 225 6-7 times then. I was always "quick" but my 40 time wasn't good....around 5.

I had a roomate who lifted with me that weighed 150...and he benched about 315. I'd guess he was doing 12-14 reps of 225, which was ridiculous.

Keep in mind, Kotter would have been a draft pick in the early 80s. He would have been a 1st or 2nd round pick probably. At either G or DE.
