With gametime temperatures in the upper 30s/low 40s Thursday...it wont just be the Red Sox starting pitcher that could turn the Royals' bats cold.

I'm going tonight.
Nothing like all the pig lips you can eat.

Dressing like a November game at Arrowhead.
Pullover Sweatshirt
Royals Bench Jacket
Long Johns
wool socks
Wolverine Boots
Flask....

Daddy feels warmer already!

I don't think they care if you flask it. I brought in natty light cans and drank them one time. I think i have a picture around here somewhere of me doing that. Of course that was in july when they were 100 games out so maybe they might be looking closer than that.

OK.
I know they were bitching in the radio about the HD being blacked out yesterday and for other games, I guess I misheard that tonight was another one of them. I wonder if maybe I heard tomorrow...

I wonder if maybe I heard tomorrow...Yeah, they were on ESPN yesterday, and it was blacked out. You could only watch the game locally on RSTN. It was pretty bad, too, beyond the standard definition they had audio problems for the first couple of innings.

Either way, my guide's showing NBA on ESPN tonight, and the Card'null's game on ESPN2. So I think HD's out either way.

Nothing wrong with Gload playing.

Problem is, does that mean Emil Brown's in left?

I'd rather see Shealy play, as well as letting Buck play out his one game streak... but I guess with a day game tomorrow, Bell is just resting guys.

With this being Boston's only time in this year I bet the BoSox are pushing the Commish's office hard to force the Royals to call off the game so in hopes the Commissioner would decide the game would be made up in Beantown.

This is the kind of weather they'll see for their home opener next week.

I swear, as weird as it sounds, I may be more into watching Royals games right now than I was into watching Chiefs games last September.

For a trip down memory lane... Andrew Sisco came in during the 6th inning of the White Sox game today. Only lasted 1/3 of an inning, gave up 2 hits, 1 walk, 1 run. MacDougal also gave up one run, White Sox have blown a 3 run lead late against the Indians.
