I have a friends couple shower tomorrow and I need to pick up a Keg... Either that or just taking a lot of cans of beer... hehe...
Does anybody know where I can buy one?
Also, if anyone has one, and wouldnt mind me borrowing it for a couple days... :) that would be nice too...
Any info would be nice... thanks!

Keg disadvantage everyone has to like the same thing......
Mixed 6-12 packs = variety.

Traditionally, we in Overland Park purchase our kegs at liquor stores. I am not aware of any other business that would sell their kegs to the public. Unless you're looking for someone here who owns a bar or restaruant willing to sell you a keg out the backdoor?

Do you mean just the metal container so you don't have to pay a deposit? Or a full keg of beer?

It's starting to sound like Chris Rock negotiating a rib in "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka'...
How much if you just drain the beer out of the keg into the trunk of my car?

I wonder if he ever bought the keg.
Sounded like he actually thought someone would give him an actual keg. Unbelievable.
Hes probably guzzling Keystone right now.

Eh, I just think they were trying to find the cheapest place to pick one up. But of course nobody had an answer so they all just made funny remarks :D

I know here, I went in and gave them a $10 deposit, paid for a keg of Bud Light (around $90) and then when it's empty, I take it back to the liquor store and pay for a new one.
Exchange program works better.

Eh...
I didnt get a keg... $90 bucks + $90-$135 Deposit for roughly 140 cups of Bud Light...
I was hoping someone here would know of good pricing but I got made fun of instead which is cool...
I got 24 Packs of Miller Lite/Corona (bottles) and 3 bottles of Wine for less than $60... Even though the Variety was more $$ I think It worked out... Corona's were very popular...
Im the best man, so it was a teddy's and tool shower, so I had to bring the drinks... I hate showers, but that wasnt bad...

so you got what, 2 cases of beer and 3 bottles of cheap wine for $60? I think you misunderstood something if you thought you needed a keg.

I had other people bring the rest... Total, we had 5 cases of beer, 5 bottles of wine, 2 Jose Cuervo, 2 Captain and a Crown Royal bottle...
I was just looking to see if we could get a Keg for cheaper than what I found...
Variety was good...
