The White House wants to appoint a high-powered Secretary of Blame to accept all the blame for everything the administration has done wrong in the last 6 years, and will do wrong in the remaining two. In this position the official will take the blame for Iraq and losing ground recently in Afghanistan, he will accept the blame for the Attorney General's scandal, when we have the next Scooter Libby scandal this person will act with the authority to issue directions to the guilty, they will accept the blame for an out of control State Department and the other agencies. However the administration has had trouble finding anyone able and willing to take the job, according to people close to the situation.
