For my own selfish reasons, I'd love to see that pick. Branch is from Rio Rancho, NM, sort of an Albuquerque suburb. In these parts the local channels carry the Broncos and Cowboys games......every week, no matter who they are playing. The third option is the Bears because of Urlacher. He played at UNM and is a NM native. So I'm thinking whichever team ends up with Branch will end up being the 4th option and I sure would be happy if that were the Chiefs.

Oh, and we could also use a good DT for the next ten years or so.

It looks good on paper, but I am scared to death that he will turn into Ryan Sims Jr. He just seems like a lazy DT that won't put in the work to reach his potential.

I would be satisfied with that pick.

Well, I feel comfortable that our pick will now be either Alan Branch or Brady Quinn.

Color me disappointed. I'd have rather seen DL or OL addressed before taking a receiver. Oh well, I hope Branch goes to a team I can stomach cause I'll probably be seeing a lot of them.

I am a little too, I would of rather addressed OT or DT, and take a guy like Steve Smith WR in the second round. Hell, by the looks of it it looks like Dwayne Jarrett might even still be around.

Arizona picked him. Seems to confirm that he is a bust.
