Seems like Bowe might be an exception the "rookie WR" rule.

Any of the top 3 picks, but I'm leaning towards Tank.....

Bowe, Tyler or Medlock. Since it is easier to measure a WR's success, I will say Bowe.

I voted for Bowe. I'm just keepin my hopes up that he was the ability to start fast.

Medlock will lead the team in scoring.

I'll go with Tyler. I have my doubts that we will get Bowe the ball enough. The Oline is going to be awful, Herm loves running LJ 30+ times a game, and our QBs are so used to throwing the ball to Gonzo in traffic that i'm not sold we will give Bowe enough opportunities.

Medlock

I gotta go with Medlock. Hopes can afford to be incredibly high with this guy.

Bowe doesn't make a splash until our QB makes a splash, whoever it is.

Tyler is promising, McBride has potential.

I'm going for the TE!

JK, Bowe - him and eddie are our starters, we see bowe knocking around people for LJ and making some good catch and runs for 15 - 30 yd gainers.

"Thanks, Peter. I'm going with Dwayne Bowe for the block."

I think Tank is going to work his ass off and do a really solid job this year.

He may do something dumb -- pull an Allen, if you will -- in the future, but 2007 is going to be niiiiice.

Allan. IM confident he will be able to wrestle the starting job away from that turd Tony Gonzalez.

Medlock will lead the team in scoring.

truest words written right there.

Bowe will not make that much difference. SI had him rated as a #2 WR that cannot separate. He doesn't have Russell throwing to him now. I doubt he gets the ball thrown to him that much since Croylehuardgreen will be on their backside more than their feet.

I think Dwayne Bowe has nobody to throw to him. Therefore Tank Tyler will be a force at DT. BTW, this is my 1st post at Chief's Planet.

A better question would be "Which draft pick will have the most impact in 07-08." How do you really grade out success in tackles or kickers? GoChiefs thinks Tynes is a successful kicker but some argue because he misses some key kicks. I think Tank Tyler will have the most impact but Medlock will be the most successful.

The last 100 teams that picked a WR in rnd 1 over the last several years all had fans that thought their new darling wideout would be an exception too......and about 75% of them were wrong. Given that this team doesn't ahve a quarterback, o-line, or WR friendly offense I'd say the odds of Bowe tearing it up from the get go aren't good.

Honestly, I really like the Herb Taylor pick. I think he'll end up doing a fine job as starting RT by the end of the season

Craphonso, Snoop, Webb... hell, even undrafted guys like Richard Smith and JJ Moses get love.
