I am experimenting here so this may not work, why are there no help instructions.

Well my guess and nature as risk taker worked.

You did better on your first poll than I did. :)

I voted Beurline and draft rookie. But I am concerned about how he will play after his injuries. I would not be opposed to Dilfer in same scenareo. Pre-injury, I like Buer better.

I voted for Dilfer and QBothF. Actually I say sign Aikman to start, Dilfer to back-up and McMahon(Rutgers) in the 4th. Impact player @ #12. Dedric Ward to return kicks and WR depth.

I see that Trading for Green is pretty much a no go on this BB, which I think shows that KCJohnny is over-reacting to this whole negative image of KC fans pining for all things Rams.

Is somebody going to show me how to set up these polls are not? Yes, I would like to see Beurlein starting for us this season and maybe even next.

Big Daddy,

Learned by guessing myself. You create a thread and at the bottom there will be a place for you to select create a poll by selecting the box. Write in your header, a comment is not really required. Select submit reply and you will be taken to the page that allows you to create the poll. There is a box that allows you to select how many options you want in your poll (up to 10). Its actually easy so give it a try.

I'm not dead set on those two options for drafted QB.

I wouldn't flip if they take a chance on McMayon, Palmer, Tapioca, Weinke....The best guy available in the 3rd, 4th.

Logical,

After spending a couple of days over at the old BB, I don't think John is overreacting at all.

All I saw over there was Rams propaganda, from their fans and KC's...

htismaqe,

KCJohnny keeps generalizing about how everyone wants this or wants to be the Rams West etc., and wants Trent Green so desperately because of the KC fans desire to become Rams West or lite. I think the response to this poll shows that the fans want what they feel is best for the Chiefs. In some cases that includes supporting Vermiel or Robinson or Saunders and in other cases it does not include bringing over the Rams players.

Of course the Rams fans want us to get Green for a 1st and 3rd. If the situation were reversed we would feel the same way. What I do not get is that John is reacting to a few Chiefs fans and all those Rams fans when he talks about Green.

I do not believe we are bringing in Rams Lite if anything I think our offense will be 21st Century Air Coryell. Gaz and a couple of others agree. But we have been unable to penetrate KCJs closed mind on the Rams. He in turns keeps putting everyone of us into a generalized box of disloyal Chiefs fans who have turned against what he believes is Chiefs Tradition.

I picked trade for Green but only if the Rams agree to swap 1sts otherwise, I think Dilfer, Collins and Maddox from the XFL would be our best bet...kidding...

I'd go with door #1

Sitting here I have to wonder, "What is the definition of Chiefs Tradition?"

Is it the tradition of the 90's?? Smashmouth football with tenacious defense??? Gutwrenching playoff losses???

The 60's ?? Good defense and well balanced unpredictable offense??? Superbowl IV champions??

When I think of the Chiefs one thing comes to mind...Heart. Teams that played and gave their soul on the field. Defense that trusted each other to make plays. Hustle all over the field. Special teams game breaking plays.

That's what I missed the most last year...Heart. It seemed like they would get up for the big games only to quit during other games. The team seemed to lack motovation at times. I never thought I would see my Chiefs not put their best effort into a game. Last year I saw it over and over...

Lets hope the change in coaching staff will at least bring the Heart back into the team.

willing to live with any record, as long as the team gives it its all, all of the time...

Logical,

I agree with you...with Gonzo and TRich it certainly will be more like a Coryell offense...

I don't agree that it's just the Chaplain over there, though. I think a majority of the posters over there believe/want to be like the Rams...

If we did the same poll over on the other BB, I think we'd get the opposite results...

We probably would get opposite results, but a lot of that would just be those Lambs fans voting to get our 12th pick... :)
