View Full Version : Spinoff: Chicken Recipes
Reading through FMB's Spicing Up Chicken thread has, of course, made me think about some of my favorite chicken dishes. Spicy or not, I'd like to see about some new ways of preparing it.
One of my very easy favorites is baking chicken with creole seasoning and garlic salt. Prepare some minute rice with a little butter and some herb seasoning, and you're good to go.
I'm planning on preparing the Corona chicken that Carlota69 mentioned in FMB's thread this weekend.

Roll chicken breasts in dijon mustard. Roll in bread crumbs. Bake. Enjoy.
There's always the olive oil, fresh ground pepper and sea salt route. Also tasty and easy.

An egg? Never done that.Sure, stir it up while it's boiling. It's like egg drop soup.

Cheap, yet creative. I'll have to try that sometime.

Cook some boneless chicken slowly in a pan with a bottle of italian dressing. It's easy and the flavor cooks right in. Takes about 15 minutes. Doesn't beat barbecue chicken by any means but its faster....
