Around the first of the year I was 13-14, probably gone down since I've been running, but I don't carry a lot anyways.

I hate to break it to you, but while you may think it's a "good thing", it's actually unhealthy. It's more unhealthy for women to dip like that, but it's also bad for men.

So, what's your diet like the past 2 weeks? You have to be on a very extreme cutting diet to get to that bodyfat percentage. There's no way you can actually maintain a percentage that low for any length of time. But, I'm sure you knew that :)

This is true. I will assume VT is getting that low on bodyfat for some body building competition.

Knew a guy way back when that was an amateur bodybuilder. He actually made it into a copy of Muscle and Fitness. He used to say when his bodyfat would sink that low, he would aggitated very easily.

My diet is wake up, work out, have a smoothie with 100% whey protein powder mixed in, eat a snack two hours later like an apple with natural peanut butter on it, and some cottage cheese. Eat lunch two hours later like a grilled chicken sandwich with 100% wheat bread, cheese, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, cucumbers and a banana and glass of water. Then two hours later have a snack like a protein bar, or cottage cheese and apple. The two hours later have dinner like oatmeal, instant unsweetended with strawberries or rasberries. Then, the final snack, have either a protein bar, or cottage cheese, or an apple.

I'm ripped like Jesus.

Not bad. Not really an extreme diet at all. Whoever tested your bf% must have screwed up :)
