Suing the guy who's car broke down? All lawyers are going to hell. Hancock's dad is a tool. I'm going to sue his ass for not teaching his dumbass son to call a cab. Please God, get a judge who will make Hancock pay fines and fees for wasting the earth's time.

Why not add the car company of all vehicles involved for not making cars that bounce off each other like balloon.

well of course the manufacturer of the car is to blame as well for not installed auto sensing devices that detect the BAC of the driver and prevent the car from being started if the person is impaired.

Then you have the state of missouri for providing us with roads. Had it not been for the road the motorist and tow truck wouldn't have been there.

and don't even get me started on the liquor manufacturer who purposely created a product designed to hurt people.

:(

I wouldn't want to admit my son screwed up like that either but damn.

The details of his death are amazing.

Drunk.
Speeding.
Talking on a cellphone.
No seatbelt.

Yeah, blame the f#cking bar owner. :shake:

...not to mention the pot he was found with and was probably smoking at the time.

I'm telling you, there's a missing step in the stages of grief:

* Denial (this isn't happening to me!)
* Anger (why is this happening to me?)
* Bargaining (I promise I'll be a better person if...)
* Depression (I don't care anymore)
* Acceptance (I'm ready for whatever comes)

We need to work "Sue their f**king asses!!!" in there somewhere.

Or just change the whole thing to the "Stages of Greeding".

Yes I was and no I don't miss it. I gave many years of my freedom for the freedom of this country. Now I get to enjoy retirement and a nice check the first of every month (covers the mortage).
