View Full Version : Brodie Croyle, Nervous or Southern influence during interviews?

I can understand if he is nervous with the media this early in his NFL career. I hate public speaking.

I watched a video on KCChiefs.com
Link (http://www.kcchiefs.com/news/2007/06/03/qa_with_qb_brodie_croyle__63/) after watching the replay of the Thanksgiving day game.

I know he spoke a form of Uh, humn, ung more than any other word. The part that struck me as funny is the link in written form is minus all theses usages in the link above but the video part contains them..........?

Just curious to your input. I live in Atlanta and was surprised by the usage.

Discuss. :hmmm:

Just sounds like a young kid not used to talking to the media and answering questions to me. JMO

Thats what I figured but when I noticed they took it out of the transcript, I took notice then.

Good point as he was in the SEC.

The NFL and a rookie again probably made him nervous as well.

I thought he interviewed better than Huard. Very good and safe answers all the way through. I suppose some people need a little more time to process information than others, bad sign for a QB though. Anyone else notice his resemblence to Luke Wilson?

Yep, he obviously lacks confidence.
