Does anyone know if we have to bring that coupon in, or can we just walk in with a can?

Correction: it'll cost a can of food and 3 hours of your day waiting in line.

Went to 2 to try and get lunch, about 200 people standing outside.

At least I still have my can of corn...

Ha, I heard the same thing.

Hopefully it settles down around dinner time, but i'm not betting on it.

here's a secret....do an online pickup order. Then you walk to the head of the line and watch everyone glare at you.

We just returned. Waited about 40 minutes in line at noon. That's not too bad at all - considering we had nothing else to do.

The bulk of the people waiting are high school students. I'm guessing 7:00 or 8:00 you can walk right up.

40 minutes to save 5 or 10 bucks doesnt seem worth it.. .

We saved about 16 bucks on a beautiful day. We didn't mind the wait at all. Plus it was for a good cause.

What are you talking about? The steak burrito bol alone is worth it.

Wouldn't they be able to provide more food if they just gave away those huge freaking burritos to the poor?!?

just doesn't make much sense to me

1. Tax writeoff.
2. Promotion gets people in the store who maybe haven't been before.
3. Might also have donations from suppliers to offset cost for today's event.

Believe me, they aren't hurting over it.

We were on our way to hit that deal this afternoon right at 11:05. When we pulled up there was a line out the door into the parking lot and all the tables were already full.

I handed my canned food to some guy in line without any and paid for my meal across the street at Pei Wei.

Craig and Olive, nice. I remembered tonight AFTER I finished eating my pizza leftover from dinner last night. :banghead:
