In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, Paul Rudd talks about his love for the Kansas City Chiefs (he grew up in Kansas).

''The NFL Sunday Ticket moved to DirecTV, [which I don't have]. So I have to go to a bar to watch the Chiefs. I actually do that.''

That is awesome! I like the guy even more. He is such an underrated talent and was hilarious in Anchorman, 40 yr old Virgin and Knocked Up.

They had this video on Arrowvision at one of the games (before the game) and Rudd was on it rooting for the Chiefs.

He went to Shawnee Mission West, I believe. His first big break was playing Alicia Silverstone's brother in Clueless.

He was in the same frat as one of my best friends during college at KU. He's always been a nice guy. Used to hang out with my sister-in-law in high school as well.

I've never run into him in Los Angeles but did run into him in KC at the Kona Grill on a rare visit a few years back. Go figure!

Thats what people remember the most from. He says in the article, "Most people just say to me Hey its that guy from Clueless!"

I didnt list Clueless because it was out of respect for the Rudd.

And how the hell did this fall back onto the second page?! Are we all still talking about Trent fcking Green???! :banghead:

He and Derrick came by my little brother's hospital room when he was at Children's Mercy. Brought him a teddy bear and chatted with the family for about 20 minutes. Sadly, I wasn't there at the time.

I'm told Derrick asked my Grandma, "Ma'am, do you know who I am?" And she said, "Well, If I had to guess, I'd say you play football." Or something like that. Of course, she knew who Hank was.

I was in the same house as he was at KU, but it was a number of years later. He was back in Lawrence going to a KU game 2 seasons ago, and went out to the bars that night. We saw him at Quinton's and hung out for a while b/c I know one of his pledge brothers pretty well. The guy is very laid back and extremely nice. He was more than happy to take pictures with people, but as the night went on more and more girls would be on him, and in the background you'd see their boyfriends getting pissed. The topper was that after he got a little sauced, when he was taking pictures with these girls, right before they would take the picture, he would pull out a rubber dildo he had hidden in his jacket pocket and smack them in the cheek as the picture was being taken.

Why he had the dildo.... I can only chalk up to he knew he was coming back to his college town and wanted a few laughs?

Sidenote: Bernie, from Weekend at Bernie's was also in the same house at KU.
