Any bakers out there know?

It's not in any grocery store.

I'd go to NKC. If you are in KC. One of those Italian rest. will be able to stear you. Or Eric, Check google and just order it. If you're using it for crust. Use ice cold Ale in replacement for the water for your dough.

One of the more popular high gluten flours is kind of a pain to get but its King Arthur Sir Lancelot. You can buy KASL direct from KA but on thier website it ain't cheap. A better solution is to find a local distributor and ask who they sell to. Ask one of their customers if they'll sell it to you at cost.

This is where they list their distributors on their site: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/professional/where.html

I agree. King Arthur......and I can get it in my local Hy-Vee.

I would expect it to be in any major grocery chain.
