What is it? Where did it come from? Does it win the prestigious "most foul" award?

I just dug out a healthy serving of this strange cheese this afternoon and like I've done a thousand times before I took a sniff. The stench over powers me every time.

The smell of a high powered morning fart is nothing short of intoxicating (unless you're to the right of me and you happen to be my wife) but this toe fromage disgusts even me.

Has anyone from the CP brain trust studied the cheese in question?
