Supposedly found by Hillsdale Lake by Olathe? The e-mail says 97 lbs and 9 feet long...got to be a record for Kansas if it's true! I will try to attach it on the next post.

Yea....got it and the same story...seems photoshop to me...the dude holding the snagpole doesnt look to be straining too hard to hold up almost a hundred pounds...

It may be 9' but I doubt it's any where close to 97lbs.

I think i saw the same snake that was snagged somewhere in Texas in a new housing division... :hmmm:

I agree. That scrawny guy would not be holding up 97lbs on the end of a stick like that.

Yep me too. A couple of years back I received an email of the same picture but that email said the snake was found in TX. That snake must really get around.

i got the same pic, only the email said it was poplar bluff, mo.
it's either fake, or a bad year for snakes.

That snake is real, it was caught in Fritch, Texas not too far from where I live.
It may be 9' but I doubt it's any where close to 97lbs.You know nothing. Your words, not mine.
