I have a buddy bringing some catfish and bass over for lunch. Any recipes for the grill?

Watch grilling bass. May not stay together. Perhaps, foil and PAM are in order between the grill and fish fillet.

Seasoned salt or Sea Salt, lemon, Herb butter (purchased at a gourmet grocer `not sure if you have any where you are` if not; garlic paste and butter. If you can't find any paste, put one tablespoon O minced garlic and a stick of butter in a blender or food proc., maybe fresh parsley and paprika.)

Obviously, wait until the finished fillet is plated before topping w/ the herb butter. Seasoned Salt or Sea Salt are fine before hand though.

Additionally, a pinch of sugar in the herb-butter may not be a bad thing, just be certain you blend it well in a blender or Fd.Prcsr.
