Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins (http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl) WR Ted Ginn Jr. (http://www.kffl.com/player/14946/nfl) could challenge WR Derek Hagan (http://www.kffl.com/player/13778/nfl) for the team's No. 3 wide receiver spot during training camp.

He is a WR, he was the 9th overall pick & he is working to become the #3 WR? Dante Hall in his prime(proven) wouldn't be worth a 9th in the 2nd round

That is odd. Shouldn't he be challenging for the #1 spot?

I think they drafted him as a kick returner, to grow into the WR corps.

Which is why all hell broke loose when they passed on Brady Quinn and took Ginn.

They could have taken just about any R1 guy and the backlash wouldn't have been as bad, IMO.

There were many scouts who said before the draft that Ginn would be nothing more than a 3rd WR. He's a KR, plain and simple.

Just a reminder that while contrary to popular belief around here, there ARE organizations run worse than the Chiefs......

Yes, we know- the Dolphins are idiots. They easily could have traded down and still drafted this guy.

No question about it, most of them in fact. One of them is right here in Chicago.

So how much does a top 10 draft pick kick return man/maybe 3rd WR go for these days?
6-7 Million?
