On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best.... this movie was a solid 3, perhaps 4 if you are feeling generous.

The plot is terrible and has some HUGE gaps, many un-funny one liners, and the usual Jackie Chan fighting scenes.

All in all, this movie is not worth seeing until it hits the Palace or your equivalent $1 movie theaters. Barely worth the rental fee.

Hell... it is so bad that I would not even recommend you watch this while movie hopping.

Probably won't be a big Oscar winner, but it should net a few Golden Globes.

Chris Tucker is the smartest man in America. Over the past 9 years all hes made are the three Rush Hour films and hes become quite wealthy because of it.

The only place I I wanna see Tucker is in "Friday". That was the perfect role. When he bailed, the sequels sucked.

Yeah, he more or less retired from acting. Said he would only do the rush hours because of Chan. Heard he spends alot of time doing charity work now.

He was good in Money Talks as well.

Every joke in the second one was already done in the first one. That's not an exaggeration either. I like Jackie Chan so the first two were at least enjoyable in that respect, but he's like 55 years old now or something.

Yea, its too bad he doesnt work more. He could have been on top of the world and made pretty much anything after Rush Hour. Oh well, he got paid and i guess thats what makes him happy....
