I've been following this company ever since McGrath and the Stringer brothers dropped out of S2games to start their own shop. Looks like they are getting pretty close - maybe less than a year out. This is going to be a killer game.

Is this going to be like WOW or more like UT?

Looked pretty cool.

more like UT, - FPS + melee in Fantasy setting. No 'experience points' or leveling or uber gear - just skill.

As for cool looking, it's a fairly radical concept for the engine. He's doing real time motion blur. There are some fairly old but brilliant demos of the engine out there. McGrath is pretty much a genius in my opinion - he composes music for his games, writes the engines from scratch, and is one of those scary people that actually understands calculus.

official demo from 2 years ago:

The giant troll and dragon just look too cool. If it isn't one of those that you have to pay a monthly fee to play, then I'll have to keep an eye on that one.

That looks amazing. Hopefully by the time its released, I can have a true DX10 card.

I'd like to learn more about the world and the backstory.
