The Cardinals have released Buster Davis. He was a good LB (for a seminole) in college and was their 3rd round draft pick in 2007. Anyone know what's up with him??

That's weird. They also left themselves with only two quarterbacks.

He's fast but undersized.....he's basically a prototypical cover 2 type LB.

Considering our LB depth they should be looking at this guy can't be worse than Kendrell Bell.

Yep. From what I've been able to find, he didn't fit the Cards 3-4 scheme at all and he'd be a much better fit in a cover 2 scheme like ours (as Mecca previously stated).

Screw up, it happens usually at least once every year.

He's also a monster special teams player, he'd make for a solid backup on our team. I'd fully sign him can't be any worse than the Bell/Kershaw/Scanlon backups we got goin now sheez.

it was a mistake...they treated him like a QBOTF.....
