We had highlights?

Dwayne Bowe made some nice catches

Donnie Edwards killed the quarterback

So did Alfonso Boone

Page picked off a pass.

Larry Johnson ripped off a couple runs.

Thanks.

Shame there's not more from the kids... "Tyler - sack on third down", "Pollard with a bonecrushing hit"... oh well.

Thanks gochiefs. I know those who couldn't see the game like myself today really appreciate it, despite the end results.

96MB? I expected it to be about the size of a floppy disk.

Wasn't me. I started downloading, but then stopped and exited.

There were a few nice shots of the cheerleaders?

Man...I almost considered capping a few of those shots...that one blonde chick with the curls had some amazing tits.

Oh yeah, those midriffs had me actually paying attention.

Do we blame Carl for the sad state of our cheerleaders too? Would be nice to have SOMETHING to enjoy watching!

The clip of Boone stuffing the run reminded me of one of the more annoying things about the game. You don't get the full speech from the announcer, but he was critical of KC for not taking a timeout after Boone's sack on the previous play because we were going to get the ball back before the half. And in the audio of the run stuffing play, you hear him alluding to it.

Except we only had 2 timeouts. We could have called them after 1st and 2nd down and let Houston run the clock all the way down after the 3rd down play, or we could take them after the 2nd and 3rd down plays and lose the time between 1st and 2nd down. We did the latter, which seems smarter because you know they aren't going to leave you any extra time after 3rd down. With the clock running after 1st down, there's a chance they could call the play early and leave you a few seconds.

Ultimately, though, it doesn't matter which one you do, because either way the other team is going to have one down where they can run off some clock.

The announcer seemed totally unaware of this, criticized the Chiefs for it, and then after halftime alluded to "clock management issues" in the first half. Complete BS.

I think I'm just gonna put these on jidar's direct download server from now on. No one's seeding.

Here's the link...these are my personal copies. Higher quality video.

Right click, save as... (http://uranus.ckt.net/~gochiefs/Highlights%20-%20Chiefs%20@%20Texans.rar)

You'll need winrar to open and extract.

Derrick Johnson played pretty good. That is about all I can say positive.

Are you going to create a torrent of the complete game, or do you know where I can find it?

It's a good thing you used the bold, bigger font because GoChiefs has trouble reading the normal sized font.

No. DRU didn't torrent full games if we lost, and I don't plan to, either. All I want is the highlights in the event we lose.

Your job of encoding the full games this year might be easier than you thought. :banghead:

There's a torrent of the full game here:
http://www.mininova.org/tor/880663

However, at under 600 megs for the entire game, the quality should be about as bad as our offense during the game itself.
