Looks like we do get to be the featured game on CBS, get Nantz/Simms. I'd keep an eye on it though... it's only Tuesday and a couple stations have already switched out of the Chiefs/Bears game to something else.

Thank God for Sunday Ticket.

HD?
Considering it's the #1 broadcast team, you can pretty much guarantee it's in HD without looking it up. Even when CBS only had a couple games a week in HD, Nantz/Simms always got one of them.

Glad I got my slingbox setup working.

I started hammering my brother today but looks like I can back off now. He just got back in town from a week of work out of town unexpectedly. He has over a week to hook up the slingbox.

I am glad it is a late game because it will be carried in Atlanta so far.

Just checked the listings and its in HD here.

Wouldnt the Jets at Ravens make a more appropriate National matchup??

Frankly - this is all good - the more media attention that the hapless Chiefs get, the sooner something will happen in the front office.....

It's a rare opportunity for CBS to televise the Bears.

Why on earth are we a late game? :hmmm:

Because its one of only two Chicago Bears games CBS gets to telecast this season and they want a game involving the #3 TV market in the country and a Super Bowl team from last season featured in the late time-slot, regardless of how crappy their opponent may be.

They're basically the team that the Chiefs SHOULD be, at least on offense...

Its bc the Bears and Chiefs were playoff teams last year and the scheduling makers at CBS wanted to show the Bears on tv.

Good. I was beginning to think I was the only schmuck who was paying to watch this abortion.

Now I don't feel quite so bad.

Parker disclaimer....Feeling better than bad does not equal good...

The away team determines the network the game will be shown on.
