um... i do the exact same shit, except im much more furious that that guy. Ive broken so much shit over the years its not even funny. People are very scared when my teams sucking balls, i even scare the **** out of myself.

I tend to be more destructive when something good happens.

When Vanover returned a punt to beat the Chargers years ago, I spiked my remote and busted it into pieces.

When bad things happen I just curl up in the fetal position and cry. (Ok, not if there's company)

my wife tells me the exact same thing. when we have kids, you're going to have to tone down your language and anger. i tell her, im just getting it out of my system untill that time comes.
